Refund Policy

This policy describes the conditions under which Aurex Funded processes refunds for challenge fees.

1. Refund after successful completion

When a trader successfully completes the evaluation and receives a funded account, the challenge fee is refunded with the trader's first eligible payout.

2. Voluntary refunds

If you request a refund before you start trading, meaning no trades have been opened on the evaluation account, we will process a full refund within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.

3. Non-refundable cases

Fees are non-refundable after breaching challenge rules, violating the Terms, or if trades have already been executed on the account and the refund request falls outside the period described above.

4. How to request a refund

Contact soporte@aurexfunded.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 24 business hours.
