Refund Policy

This policy describes how Aurex Funded treats evaluation fees.

1. No refunds

No refunds apply, under any circumstances. Every purchase is final, as the user is acquiring an evaluation within a simulated funding program.

2. Nature of the payment

The challenge fee grants access only to the evaluation on a simulated account. It is not a deposit, trading capital, or a fee that is refunded upon receiving a funded account. The fee is not returned when you pass the evaluation, nor with subsequent rewards.

3. Reset fees

Reset fees (available on RAPID only) are also non-refundable regardless of outcome.
