Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Aurex Funded does not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We collect only what we need to operate the program and pay you. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. Version 1.0 — Effective May 26, 2026.

Section 1 — Who We Are

Aurex Funded ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company") operates a Trading Evaluation Program accessible through www.aurexfunded.com. We provide simulated trading evaluation services, performance tracking tools, and educational resources for traders worldwide. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, Aurex Funded is the data controller responsible for the personal information you provide when you register for, purchase, or participate in any Aurex Funded program.

Section 2 — What Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly:

• Account registration data: full legal name, email address, country of residence, and password.
• Identity verification data: government-issued ID, proof of address, and date of birth (required for Reward Certificate processing and fraud prevention).
• Payment information: billing details and payment method information. Aurex Funded does not store full card numbers — payment processing is handled by third-party processors.
• Tax information: tax identification numbers or other tax-related information required by applicable law.
• Communications: messages, emails, support tickets, and other communications you send to Aurex Funded.
• Trading preferences: program selection (PRO, FLEX, RAPID), account size preferences, and platform settings.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically:

• Device and technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on platform, login timestamps, and navigation patterns.
• Trading activity data: all simulated trades executed on your Aurex Funded account, including entry/exit times, instruments traded, lot sizes, profit/loss, and risk metrics.

2.3 Information From Third Parties: payment processors, identity verification services, and analytics providers.

Section 3 — How We Collect Your Information

We collect your information through registration and account creation, challenge purchases, platform use, Reward Certificate requests, customer support interactions, and cookies and tracking technologies (see Section 7).

Section 4 — How We Use Your Information

To operate and deliver our services: create and manage your account, deliver Simulated Account access, track performance, enforce program rules, issue Reward Certificates, process performance payments, and provide support.

For security and fraud prevention: verify your identity, detect prohibited trading practices, and monitor compliance with our Terms and Conditions.

For legal and regulatory compliance: comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and maintain records required by tax authorities or financial regulators.

For platform improvement and marketing: analyze aggregated usage patterns and send program announcements and promotional offers — only with your consent where required by law.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use your trading data to place real trades in any market.

Section 5 — Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR) require a legal basis, we rely on: contractual necessity (account creation, challenge delivery, performance tracking, Reward Certificate processing), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, platform security, program integrity, internal analytics), legal obligation (tax reporting, identity verification, regulatory compliance), and consent (optional marketing).

Section 6 — Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your data. We share personal information only with service providers and technology partners: payment processors, identity verification (KYC) providers, trading platform providers (TradeLocker), cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and email/communication platforms. All providers are contractually required to use your data only as directed by Aurex Funded. We may also disclose data to governmental authorities when required by law, and to an acquiring entity in the event of a merger or acquisition.

Section 7 — Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies (required for platform functionality — login sessions, security tokens, authentication), functional cookies (preferences and dashboard configurations), analytics cookies (aggregated platform usage), and marketing cookies (only with your explicit consent). You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or the cookie consent banner.

Section 8 — Data Retention

• Account data: duration of your account plus up to five (5) years after closure.
• Trading activity data: up to five (5) years after the relevant account is closed.
• Payment and financial records: up to seven (7) years as required by tax and financial recordkeeping laws.
• Support communications: up to three (3) years after the interaction.
• Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to legal minimums.

Section 9 — Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive data at rest, strict access controls, regular security reviews, and incident response procedures. Aurex Funded does not store full payment card numbers. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@aurexfunded.com immediately.

Section 10 — Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, as well as object to marketing. EU/UK residents under GDPR additionally have the right to restrict processing, object to legitimate-interest processing, and lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact privacy@aurexfunded.com. We respond within thirty (30) days and may request proof of identity.

Section 11 — Children's Privacy

The Aurex Funded platform is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Section 12 — International Data Transfers

Aurex Funded serves participants globally. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence. When we transfer personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements where required.

Section 13 — Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date, post a notice on the Aurex Funded website, and/or send you an email notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
